Out-of-Network
Insurance
We are a cash pay practice.
At the moment, we do not accept insurance.
However, you may still be able to get reimbursement for your session! Farah provides clients with superbills, which is a receipt or invoice that your healthcare providers gives you after your session. The superbill lists all the services you received during your appointment, along with the corresponding costs.

If you have out-of-network insurance, you pay for your session upfront. Then, you can submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your respective insurance company will review the superbill and may reimburse you for a portion of the costs, based on your out-of-network coverage.

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason you reschedule or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your session fee will be charged. Please note that insurance does not reimburse for these fees.
